Half-Earth Day® brings together people from around the world and across disciplines to share their unique perspectives and thought leadership on how we can work together to achieve the goal of Half-Earth and ensure the health of our planet for future generations.
Half-Earth Day showcases research and progress towards Half, and engages people in what a Half-Earth future looks like and how they can participate.
I am pleased to announce Half-Earth Day will for the first time, be held outside the US in London over two days of events featuring Professor E.O. Wilson and special guest Sir David Attenborough.
Sir David has shared, “People are listening…there just could be a change in moral attitude from people worldwide…to see that self-interest is the past. Common interest is for the future.”
